At Discount Home Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fixtures aren't a perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Repackage the lighting fixture in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
